Box Office Hours: Monday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 12:00 midnight at The Joint Bar connected to the Cabooze at 913 Cedar Avenue South.
Will Call: The Will Call window opens at the event door time, unless stated otherwise. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the will call list. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required and purchasing credit card. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time of pick up.
Accessible Seating: Seating is general admission and available for those who may have special needs.
General Rules: Professional photography is not allowed without prior written consent from the artist management. No flash photography is allowed for concerts. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: (1) Outside food or drink (2) Weapons of any kind (3) Illegal drugs. Bags and purses may be searched upon entry, and large bags may be denied access. Bodysurfing is stricly prohibited.
Children Rules: Everyone must have a ticket. For 18+ or 21+ shows, everyone must have valid photo identification.
Miscellaneous: Food available at The Joint Bar connected to the Cabooze and at The Patio BBQ when weather permits.
Ticket holders may smoke on the venue's outdoor patio freely during any ticketed performance after being admitted into the club. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue by law. |
